How does “see it before you pay” work?
You brief me, I build, and you get a private demo link. You look at the real thing — not a mockup — and request changes. Only when you say “I approve, make it mine” do I send the invoice. If you never approve, you never pay.
What if I don't like the demo?
You get unlimited revisions for 14 days — tell me what to change and I change it. If after all that you're still not happy, you walk away owing nothing. That's the money-back guarantee.
What counts as a “new feature” after the 14 days?
Anything beyond the scope we agreed at the start — new pages, new functionality, e-commerce, booking systems. Small tweaks and content updates stay free for 14 days; genuinely new work is a new phase, quoted before any work starts.
How does payment work?
After you approve the work, I send a proper PayPal invoice. Projects under $400 are 100% upfront; larger projects are 50/50 (half to start, half on delivery). You get a receipt for everything.
Do I own the website?
Yes — completely. Content, design, domain, everything. No lock-in, no ongoing fees unless you want the Care Plan for hosting and maintenance.
Who hosts the website?
I host client sites on my own infrastructure with Cloudflare SSL and CDN — it's included in the build, and the Care Plan ($99/mo) covers ongoing hosting, monitoring, and monthly updates.
How fast is delivery, really?
Same-day sites are briefed in the morning and live by evening. The 24-Hour Fix is done within 24 hours of your brief. Bigger builds get a delivery date before we start — and it's in writing.
I already have a website — can you fix it?

Yes — those are new phases quoted separately after the core site is live. The AI Assistant ($499 + $99/mo) covers lead capture and customer questions; booking systems and e-commerce are quoted per project.

Small content updates are quick and cheap. Bigger changes are new phases, quoted before work starts — you'll always know the price before committing.
